We offer Free Standard Worldwide Shipping. If you are in a hurry, we also offer an Express Shipping option, which you can buy as an extra service.


ORDERS WITHIN SWEDEN

Free standard shipping: Delivery is usually within 2-4 business days. Please note that we cannot send to PO BOXES.

Express shipping: Delivery 1-2 business days, we charge a flat rate of 100 SEK. 

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received an email, please contact us at care@demadly.com. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address reported in the order is correct. ORDERS WITHIN EUROPE

Free standard green shipping: Estimated delivery time 2-5 business days. We offset the carbon emissions for the shipment (green shipments).

Express shipping: Delivery time 1-2 business days for a flat cost of €20

ORDERS REST OF THE WORLD 

Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days

Express shipping: 2-3 business days. Please note, VAT/tax and customs are excluded from the price if you order from a country outside the EU.

Duties & Taxes: Each country has its own order value threshold, where no Duties & Taxes are due until this is reached. For instance:

USA: On orders below $800, no duties & taxes are charged.
