We are very keen to make you a happy DEMADLY customer and we have a 30 days satisfaction guaranteed policy.  If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the goods to us (except discounted pieces on sale which are final).


The pieces must be in its original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.

In Case You Don’t Love It

If something is not quite right and you need to make a return or exchange follow our return checklist below:

1. Put anything you don’t love back into the packaging.
2. Email us at info@demadly.com to get a return shipping label.
— Let us know which items you wish to return along with the reason for returning.
— If you wish to exchange an item let us know the new size or color and our team can reserve for it for you.
3. Note your tracking number – included on the packing slip – if you want to track your return while it’s en route.
4. Stick the return label on your package.
5. Drop package off at any Postnord (if in Sweden) or UPS drop-off location (if outside Sweden).
6. Once your package is received, we will follow-up with a receipt confirmation.

We try and process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, normally it takes 10 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your request.


Shipping fees

Shipping costs related to the returned product/-s will not be refunded. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until handed over to the transporter. If a replacement product/-s is to be sent out DEMADLY will cover the shipping cost for this product/-s. If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties may be applicable.


Refund Policy

DEMADLY shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned.
