We pride ourselves with the best fitting swimwear on earth, which we of course want to fit you perfectly. Therefore, we’ll gladly accept an exchange of any item subject to the following conditions:

–The item must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase;

–Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached.

–Must not be a Sale item on our website. Items on Sale can only be exchanged in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.


Proceed by:

–Send an email to and mark it as “EXCHANGE

–Include your order number & which size /style/color you would like to change to.

–You will then receive further instructions


If you would like to exchange, DEMADLY covers the shipping costs of one further shipment to you.

How does a return work?

Not satisfied with your purchase from us? No problem, you can always return your garments within 30 days from the day you received the package. All return costs are to be covered by the customer. DEMADLY can also arrange a hassle free returns label on your behalf, there is a fixed price of 50 SEK (Sweden) and €10 (international returns) deducted from your refund.

Please be advised any refunds shall be made for the price of the items, not inclusive of added shipping options at checkout, or Duty and Taxes paid to enter your country under their specific tariff and threshold.

If you would like to return your order, please send an email to and mark it as RETURN + order number for instructions on how to proceed. The pieces must be in its original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
