We are very keen to make you a happy DEMADLY customer and we have a 30 days satisfaction guaranteed policy.  If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the goods to us (except discounted pieces on sale which are final).


Below you can find all information needed for making a return or exchange.


Please send us an email at info@demadly.com stating your order number and reason for return. If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know the new size, colour and style you would like. If you want help, we are happy to assist. Just send us an email or contact us via Facebook messenger. The pieces must be in its original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. We try and process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, normally it takes 10 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your request.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs related to the returned product/-s will not be refunded. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until handed over to the transporter. If a replacement product/-s is to be sent out DEMADLY will cover the shipping cost for this product/-s. If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties may be applicable.


Refund Policy

DEMADLY shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned.
