30 DAYS EASY EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We are proud of our products. We believe in the quality of our goods and will not be happy until you are. We have a 30 days satisfaction guaranteed policy on all our pieces (except discounted pieces on sale which are final), so you can return the goods within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The pieces must be in its original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. The pieces must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

 

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

To make an exchange or a return, please send an email to info@demadly.com with a short description of what you want to return or exchange & why, plus your order number and we will get back to you shortly. We try and process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, normally it takes 10 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your request.

We currently apply FREE RETURNS. For international purchases, the shipping cost incurred for returning items to DEMADLY for an exchange or refund are covered or reimbursed by us. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We recommend that you send them by a ‘signed for service’ and save the certificate of posting.
