WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We have European sizing. We created a size guide, which can be seen here. If you are in between sizes, we suggest you choose the bigger size. Or email info@demadly.com so we can help you personally to find your best fit. We love to assist you.

 

DO I NEED TO BUY A WHOLE SET?

No, each piece is sold separately. You can order just a top or a bottom to find your unique perfect fit.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. You can check the current status of your shipment.

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

We have express shipping all over the world with FedEx (PostNord within Sweden).

 

HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST?

Nothing. We currently offer free express worldwide shipping.

 

HOW LONG TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A DEMADLY?

We will happily accept returns and exchanges on all our pieces within 28 days! If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Read more here.

 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Demadly for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by DEMADLY. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
