We offer FREE express worldwide shipping on all orders. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received an email, please contact us at info@demadly.com. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address reported in the order is correct.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All shipments outside Sweden are sent with FedEx and a signature is required upon delivery. Delivery time is normally 3-5 days for international deliveries. Make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. You can specify an alternative daytime delivery address when placing your order. VAT/tax and customs are excluded from the price if you order from a country outside Scandinavia and the EU.

 

SHIPMENTS WITHIN SWEDEN

Delivery time is normally 1-3 working days within Sweden, from the day your order was placed. All shipments are sent with PostNord or MyPack to your mailbox or the nearest agent. You will receive a sms with a pin which you need to show this together with your id when picking up your parcel. Please note that we cannot send to PO BOXES.
