EASY RETURN & EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT

We encourage you to join us in reducing returns and excessive shipping. By choosing the correct size you save time on returns and together we lower our environmental impact. Our return & exchange window is within 14 days of receiving the order. A return fee will be added, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all DEMADLY garment tags still attached. For sanitary reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, it will not be accepted.

Booking your return or exchange is easy. Here's what you need to do:

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits our customers, our people and our planet.

    1. Email care@demadly.com with subject: RETURN or EXCHANGE + order number for instructions on how to proceed. State your order number, the items you want to return/exchange and the reason why you want to return/exchange it (this feedback helps us improve and become even better in the future). Make sure you do this within the 14 days return window.
    2. You will receive a return label by email to be printed. Place each item you're returning with any cases that came with your order inside the DEMADLY packaging.
    3. Prepare your package by attaching your Return Label to the outside of your DEMADLY packaging. We recommend you return your items using the packaging your order arrived in. If you're unable to do this, please find a suitable alternative. Make sure the Return Label is visible as this will need to be scanned by the courier.
    4. For SWEDEN, hand in your package to the nearest Schenker ombud, hitta närmaste SCHENKER ombud här
    5. For INTERNATIONAL orders, book a UPS pick up or hand in at nearest UPS. To track the return of your order, make a note of the Waybill Number.

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 7 business days from when your return arrives. Accepted returns will be processed to the original payment method, minus the return fee. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
