Cancellations & Returns
We hope you love your order. If something isn't right, here is everything you need to know.
Can I cancel my order? Yes — as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Log in to your customer account to cancel, or email care@demadly.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — please follow the returns process below instead.
How long do I have to return? You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If your order arrived in multiple shipments, the 14 days start from the delivery of the last item.
What can be returned? Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all tags attached and the hygiene seal intact. We are unable to accept returns where the hygiene seal has been removed or where the item shows signs of wear.
What does a return cost? A fixed fee is deducted from your refund:
Sweden — 59 SEK, Rest of the world — €15
How do I return?
- Log in to your customer account to initiate a return, or email care@demadly.com with the subject line RETURN + [order number].
- Include a brief reason for your return — this helps us improve.
- We will send you a prepaid return label to print and attach to your parcel.
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest designated carrier location.
When will I be refunded? Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. The refund covers the full value of your returned items. As our standard shipping is complimentary, no shipping costs are included in the refund. If you selected an express delivery option at checkout, this is also not included.
