How are the DEMADLY sizes?
We have designed our pieces with the purpose of creating the perfect fit. Our sizes range from 34 to 44 (XS to L). Our garments stay true to size.
We recommend that you consult our size guide, which can be seen here. If you are in between sizes, or if you prefer your garments on the bigger size, you might want to go up one size. Still unsure? We are happy to help you out. Contact us at info@demadly.com and our designer will personally help you find the best fit for you.
Where is DEMADLY swimwear made?
Our production is located in a factory in Northern Italy. All garments are beautifully hand crafted by true textile artisans. Read more about the production here.
What material is DEMADLY swimwear made of?
DEMADLY swimwear is made of high tech materials made in polyamide and LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™, lasting up to ten times longer than conventional swimwear fabrics. Read more about the production process here.
Ordering
I need help with ordering.

Can I buy just one piece or do I have to buy a set?
Each piece is sold separately. You can order just a top or a bottom to find your unique perfect fit.
I want to order, but the item seems to be out of stock. What do I do?
If the item you want is out of stock please contact us at info@demadly.com and we will try to give you information on when it will get back in stock. Alternatively sign up to our newsletter and you will be able to stay up to date with all latest news and product releases.
I did not get an order confirmation, what do I do?
If you did not receive an order confirmation please drop us an email at info@demadly.com so we can check that everything is okay with your order, and provide you with your order confirmation info.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you realize you want to change your order after placing it, please contact us on info@demadly.com as soon as possible so we can change the order before it gets sent out to you. We cannot guarantee that the change will be possible, it depends on the status of the order and stock availability. If we cannot change your order directly in our system, you are welcome to return it to us once you receive it and we will help you make a change.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email and you can check the current status of your shipment.
