We offer Free Standard Worldwide Shipping. If you need your Demadly pieces delivered quickly, we also offer an Express Shipping option, which you can buy as an extra service.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received an email, please contact us at care@demadly.com. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address reported in the order is correct.

For international orders UPS Home Delivery is our standard service.

Early Bird Home Delivery Morning, 2-4 business days before 7 am. Delivery also on Saturdays.

VAT AND DUTIES
Any orders up to $800 are free of any import VAT or duties and it will incur no extra charges.
EU
All orders within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
United Kingdom
For UK customers, sales VAT is included in the prices stated on the site. Any import VAT or duties (normally applicable on orders exceeding £135) will be covered by DEMADLY, and you will incur no extra charges.
Worldwide
For all countries outside of the EU and UK, the orders are shipped with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.
