We aim to deliver the best in product, design, and service. If you are not satisfied, we will help to exchange or return your items. We provide easy returns within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition. 

We encourage you to join us in reducing excessive shipping by considering the following:

– Shop the correct size and fit. Our size and comparison guides present detailed measurements per category and are available on each product page. 30 DAYS EASY RETURN POLICY

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits our customers, our people and our planet.

We recommend you return your items using the packaging your order arrived in. If you're unable to do this, please find a suitable alternative. 

Items should be returned new, unused and with all DEMADLY garment tags still attached. For sanitary reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, it will not be accepted.

Exchanges are complimentary. For returns, the following return shipping charges apply:

SWEDEN: 49 SEK

WITHIN EU: 8 EURO

REST OF THE WORLD: 10 USD

 

Booking your return is easy. Here's what you need to do:

    1. Email care@demadly.com with subject: RETURN or EXCHANGE + order number for instructions on how to proceed. State your order number, the items you want to return/exchange and the reason why you want to return/exchange it (this feedback helps us improve and become even better in the future). 
    2. You will receive a return label by email to be printed. Place each item you're returning with any cases that came with your order inside the DEMADLY packaging.
    3. Prepare your package by attaching your Return Label to the outside of your DEMADLY packaging. Make sure the Return Label is visible as this will need to be scanned by the courier.
    4. For SWEDEN, hand in your package to the nearest Schenker ombud, hitta närmaste SCHENKER ombud här
    5. For INTERNATIONAL orders, book a UPS pick up or hand in at nearest UPS. To track the return of your order, make a note of the Waybill Number.

Please allow for 10-15 business days for your return to be processed. Once the return is registered with our warehouse Almroths Logistics Center, the refund will be made.

Reclaims & repairs

Demadly swimwear is made to last season after season, constructed in materials of the highest quality. Once you have invested in a premium swimsuit you want to give it the best care. After all, swimsuits are exposed to salt, heat, chlorine, suncream and body oils can leave tricky stains. We recommend that you read our care guide and follow our tips to ensure you care for your swimwear the best possible way.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year from purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable amount of time after you have discovered it. A claim made within two months of discovery is considered a reasonable amount of time. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item.
