REFUND:

Not satisfied with your purchase from us? No problem, you can always return your garments within 30 days from the day you received the package.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please send an email to care@demadly.com and mark it as RETURN + order number for instructions on how to proceed.

We will send you a return label, there is a fixed cost of 50 SEK (Sweden) and €10 (international returns) deducted from your refund. Please be advised any refunds shall be made for the price of the items, not inclusive of added shipping options at checkout, or Duty and Taxes paid to enter your country under their specific tariff and threshold.

Please note, the pieces must be in their original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including a hygiene seal.
